Netcomm NL19MESH setup guide

Last Updated: Friday 28 Feb 2025

If you've purchased the Netcomm CloudMesh NL19MESH from Aussie broadband, it should come pre-configured for both regular internet connection, as well as a 4G backup. That means all you need to do to connect the Netcomm to the internet is plug it in.

If you’ve reset your router, or you’ve brought an NL19MESH from another provider, you may need to change the settings.

Note: Your Aussie 4G backup should automatically configure after a reset. This guide only covers the setup for regular Opticomm and NBN connections.

For assistance regarding 4G connections, please get in touch with our Customer Service team through LiveChat, or by calling 1300 880 905, available from 8am – midnight (AEST) every day (except for Christmas and Good Friday).

If you’d like to update the firmware of your Netcomm, you can download Aussie Broadband’s firmware for Netcomm devices here.

Click here to read the Netcomm NL19MESH user guide.

Select your connection type below for step-by-step instructions in configuring your Netcomm’s settings.
