Need some extra time to pay a bill?

If you're having trouble using MyAussie®, or if you'd simply rather speak to us over the phone, we reccommend calling our Customer Service team on 1300 880 905 as soon as possible to organise an extension to avoid late fees and service restriction.

Requesting a payment extension using MyAussie®

If you need a bit of extra time to pay the outstanding amount on your account, head over to the MyAussie® app or website.

Once you're logged in, select the service you wish to change, then tap or click the Billing tab.

Next, tap or click Request a Payment Extension to proceed.

Then, on the following page just let us know how long you’ll need by choosing a new payment date, and click Request Payment Extension. We’ll get in contact with you after that to confirm.
