4 Easy steps to claiming your $0 FTTP upgrade

  • Check your eligibility

    Enter your address and check if your home is eligible for the $0 FTTP upgrade. If eligible, you can download the letter and proceed with next steps.

  • Get permission from your landlord

    Download our letter and send it to your landlord/property manager, once you have approval, we can proceed to organise your upgrade.

  • We'll organise the install

    Once approval is received, select from one of our eligible high-speed nbn® plans. Then we'll take care of the entire installation process, so you don't have to worry.

  • Plug in and enjoy fast internet

    Then it's just time to plug in your modem and enjoy your new high-speed internet service! If you need to update any settings, our Aussie-based team can help you through it.
